## Summary

The estate's entry-level Dolcetto, 100% Dolcetto blended from vineyards on both slopes of Diano d'Alba, briefly macerated and aged in steel before bottling in spring.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with the typical violet highlights of young Dolcetto. Cherry and wild red berries with light notes of wild herbs. Dry and rounded, with a slightly almond-flavoured finish; well-balanced acidity gives drinkability and freshness.

## Food pairings

Cured meats, rice and pasta dishes, fresh-egg pasta, white meats and fresh cheeses.
