## Tasting notes

Pale ruby red with garnet accents. Red plums, mocha and lemon rind, with some walnut, spice and leather. Full-bodied, with fresh acidity and powerful, chewy tannins.

Tajarin with truffle, braised meats, aged cheeses, roast lamb and mushroom risotto.
