Racking and malolactic fermentation follow. The wine ages 18 to 24 months in oak barrels, then rests a few months in concrete tanks before bottling.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with brick red highlights. Fresh bouquet with scents of nuts and spices and a balsamic tendency. Smooth on the palate, with elegant, persistent, sweet, traditional tannin.
