- **Vinification:** Grapes are softly crushed and fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by medium-long skin maceration with the submerged cap technique. The wine is racked to other tanks for malolactic fermentation while the skins are softly pressed. At the start of winter it goes into wooden barrels for a long ageing, then is bottled without filtration and set aside to rest until release.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with brick red highlights. Bouquet of ripe fruit and chocolate. Full-bodied with excellent structure and elegant, traditional, very persistent tannin.
