## Tasting notes

Straw yellow with green highlights. Aromas of lychee and passion fruit, bergamot, lemon and slate. Fresh, with a delicate flavor of lime and grapefruit, smooth and enveloping thanks to a natural residual sugar that gives it an Extra Brut style.
