- **Vinification:** The grapes are picked ahead of full ripeness and chilled to 0°C; they are gently pressed in temperature-controlled steel tanks where they rest about 18 hours without being moved. After draining, the must ferments spontaneously in steel tanks. The wine ages 4 to 6 months in steel, then rests a further 4 to 6 months in bottle after bottling.

## Summary

Langhe Rosato from newly planted Nebbiolo vines, picked early and given a brief 18-hour skin contact before a spontaneous steel fermentation. About 3,000 bottles produced.
