## Summary

Nebbiolo d'Alba from Canale, aged at least four years in large Slavonian oak. Label line: 'il vino è la tradizione'.

## Tasting notes

Red colour with garnet reflections of varying intensity. Pleasant, complex bouquet with an elegant aroma of dried rose, violet and berries of the undergrowth. Well balanced and harmonious on the palate, with strong personality. A good combination of alcohol and tannins that guarantees a very long ageing.

## Food pairings

Excellent with red meat, roasts, lamb and cheeses of medium to long ageing. A perfect end-of-meal wine.
