## Tasting notes

Brilliant red with slight garnet reflections, tending to orange with age. Intense bouquet with notes of rose petals and berries of the undergrowth. Full and well balanced; austere, with soft tannins and great persistence. A wine of great structure and great longevity. 14.5% vol.

Perfect with rich Piedmontese cooking. Ideal with red meat, roasts, lamb and game, truffle dishes and aged cheeses. A pleasant companion at the end of a meal.
