## Tasting notes

Brilliant red with slight garnet reflections, tending to orange with age. Intense bouquet with complex notes of wild fruit and spice. Full, rich and well balanced, with pleasant tannins and long persistence. A wine of great structure for long ageing. 14.5% vol.

Perfect with rich Piedmontese cooking. Ideal with red meat, roasts, braises, lamb, game, truffle dishes and aged cheeses. A pleasant companion at the end of a meal.
