## Tasting notes

Brilliant red with slight garnet reflections, tending to orange with age. Intense bouquet with notes of dried rose and wild fruit, lightly spiced. Austere, elegant and harmonious, rich in persistent aromas that open gradually. A complex wine in constant evolution, with great structure to stand up well over the years. 14.5% vol.

Perfect with rich Piedmontese cooking. Ideal with red meat, roasts, braises, lamb, game, truffle dishes and aged cheeses. A pleasant companion at the end of a meal.
