- **Vineyard planting:** Old vines; Guyot training; 0.80 ha under vine
- **Vinification:** Destemming and crushing. Traditional fermentation at controlled temperature for about 8-10 days, with pump-overs to extract the polyphenols. Part of the wine matures in small French oak barrels and the rest in large Slavonian oak casks; the two parts are then blended and aged in steel tanks until bottling.

## Tasting notes

Intense red with purple reflections. Intense bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, plums and cherries, spice and vanilla. Persistent in the mouth, with a pleasant sensation of warmth, well balanced with light tannins and good acidity. Long finish recalling the bouquet. A great wine with the structure to last over time. 14% vol.
