## Summary

Barbera from a 1 ha vineyard in Canale, matured in Slavonian oak. 14% vol.

## Tasting notes

Intense red with purple reflections. Pleasant bouquet with notes of dark berry fruit: plum and morello cherry. Great body, well balanced with pleasant acidity. Fragrant and elegant, persistent in the mouth with a long finish recalling the bouquet. A great wine with the structure to last over time. 14% vol.

## Food pairings

Very good with rich first courses such as risotto and pasta. A right match for important meat dishes: boiled meats, roasts and braises.
