## Summary

Roero Arneis DOCG is made from the native white Arneis grape, well suited to the hills of Roero. It shows notes of pear, peach and apricot, with a fruity, full palate and a savoury, complex finish.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour. Fresh, fruity bouquet with notes of pear, peach and apricot. The palate is fresh and elegant with a pleasant, savoury finish.

## Food pairings

Its easy drinkability makes it perfect with fish and light starters. Excellent as an aperitif.
