## Summary

Nizza DOCG is the most important Barbera-based denomination in Piemonte, produced in only 18 municipalities around Nizza Monferrato. This Riserva comes from low-yield, south-facing vineyards and is aged a minimum of 30 months, at least 12 of them in wood.

## Tasting notes

A wine of great structure, elegance and strong ageing potential. Red colour, intense perfume with notes of ripe red fruit and tobacco. The palate is full and full-bodied, with notes of ripe cherry, tobacco and a delicate spiced finish.

## Food pairings

Ideal with red meat and game, but can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
