- **Vineyard planting:** Guyot training, about 4,500 vines per hectare. Average vine age about 35 years. Total area around 1.2 hectares.
- **Vinification:** Fermentation and maceration: 10-12 days in stainless steel at 29-31C. Ageing: 12-14 months in French oak barrels (500 l) and/or Slavonian or French oak casks (20-40 hl), 2 months in stainless steel and at least 2 months in bottle. Bottled in spring of the second year after harvest.
