- **Vinification:** Fermentation and maceration: 7-9 days in stainless steel at 26-27C. Ageing: 6-8 months in French or Slavonian oak casks (20-40 hl), 2 months in stainless steel and 2-3 months in bottle. Bottled at the start of the second year after harvest.
