## Tasting notes

Bright violet-tinged ruby with a lively garnet edge. Very varietal nose, fresh and lively, with raspberry and redcurrant to the fore, lightly spiced notes of clove, nutmeg and black pepper, and hints of liquorice, giving a fine, complex, fresh whole with a mineral streak and a touch of tar. Fresh, lively palate with real drive and development, opening warm and rich, with real backbone, firm tannic support, well-expressed fruit, lively, juicy, crunchy. Finish of good persistence and savour, balanced and pleasant.
