The clarified must ferments in stainless steel at 16-18 C, then the wine stays on fine lees for 9 months without malolactic fermentation. Bottled in June. Ageing potential 4 to 6 years.

Intense fruity aroma with notes of pineapple, citrus and fresh grass. Fresh and well balanced on the palate, with good structure and persistence.
