Infusion of China Calissaya bark, quassia wood, gentian root, cardamom, juniper, tonka bean, mace, chamomile and other natural aromas. 16% vol. Can age over 20 years after bottling.

## Tasting notes

Garnet red with brick reflections. Complex, very persistent bouquet of spices and aromatic herbs, led by cinchona, rhubarb and cinnamon. Full, velvety and enveloping, with a pleasant bitter finish.

Aperitif or digestif. Dark chocolate, chocolate desserts and pastries, cream ice cream, Piedmont hazelnut cake, or served warm.
