Aged a minimum of 18 months in small oak barrels in contact with its indigenous yeasts, then refined in bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red, almost garnet. Wide, deep-rooted nose of ripe fruits and liquorice. Soft on the palate, harmonious, fresh, delicate in tannins, rich in red fruit.
