## Summary

The estate's entry-level Barolo, made entirely from Nebbiolo grown in the family's Langhe hillside vineyards.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red turning garnet red with age. Ample and persistent bouquet, flowery with hints of rose, developing complex notes of leather and tar. Dry, full-bodied, well balanced and velvety on the palate.

## Food pairings

Excellent with red meats, roasted, skewered or grilled, and especially with wild game.
