## Summary

The estate's stainless-steel Piemonte DOC Chardonnay from Rocca Grimalda, a fresher, unoaked counterpart to Ciarlatan.

## Tasting notes

Crystal-clear, light pale yellow with greenish nuances. Intense, persistent, fine nose of flowers, Spanish broom and acacia, crisp apple and light notes of ripe arbutus and banana. Dry, fresh, persistent and full-bodied on the palate, with good smoothness and a pleasant bitterish finish.

## Food pairings

Great as an aperitif and a good match for light dishes and grilled fish.
