## Summary

The estate's everyday Dolcetto di Ovada DOC, from Dolcetto grown on the tufaceous 'White Lands of Ovada'; smooth and food-friendly.

## Tasting notes

Deep red with a purple rim. Intense, persistent and fine on the nose, with almost-ripe small forest red fruits, wood-grown vegetables and a light note of ground white pepper. Dry, notably fresh, full-bodied, properly tannic and persistent, with a bitterish finish.

## Food pairings

Ideal with salami, sausages, Parmesan, soups, fresh pasta such as agnolotti, and risotto; also good with poultry, white roast meat and cheese.
