- **Vinification:** Hand-sorted bunches are chilled with dry ice to limit oxidation and sulphite use, then gently pressed with no use of screw augers. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks is stopped early to preserve the grape's natural sugar and aromas, and a second fermentation in autoclave gives the wine its light, lively sparkle.

## Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with typical golden reflections, an unmistakable nose, fragrant like no other wine, with varietal Moscato aromas of rose, geranium, citrus and sage, and a fresh, elegant palate well balanced between sweetness and acidity, soft with a pleasant, long, fruity and mineral finish.
