Three to four months on its own lees in stainless steel, bottled the winter after harvest, two months in bottle. First vintage 1999. About 5,000 bottles (0.75 l).

## Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. Broad, fresh nose with good fruit intensity, sweet notes and evident floral hints typical of Arneis. Fresh, savoury, harmonious, with good structure and balanced acidity.

Ideal as an aperitif or with starters, pasta and fish main courses.
