## Summary

A Metodo Classico rosé Brut made from Barbera, first produced in 2014, with at least 18 months on the lees.

## Tasting notes

Soft pink, fine and persistent perlage. Complex bouquet with evident fruit and notes of bread crust. Fresh, pleasantly tart, good structure and persistence.

## Food pairings

Excellent as an aperitif; with its structure it also works throughout a meal with fish dishes or fresh cheeses.
