## Summary

Barolo born from Domenico's desire to try new territory: between 2005 and 2006 he branched out from Monforte d'Alba into the neighbouring commune of Serralunga d'Alba. 'Aeroplanservaj' ('wild aeroplane') was the nickname his father used for him as a boy.

## Tasting notes

This Barolo shows a luminous garnet color, presenting an intricate nose of red berries, violet, and a distinct mineral character. The palate is elegant and well-defined, with fine-grained tannins and a persistent finish that speaks of its terroir.
