Dolcetto from a one hectare vineyard, aged 8 months in stainless steel only. Fruit-forward and made for everyday drinking.

## Tasting notes

Bright ruby red with deep violet highlights. Immediate, intense and persistent winey perfume with grape must that develops red wild berries with age. Dry, full-bodied, elegant and round, with a fresh, juicy finish and fine, integrated tannins.

## Food pairings

Starters, pasta, soups, salamis and cream cheeses.
