Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh and delicate on the nose, with pleasant notes of chamomile, white fruit and freshly cut grass. Dry and slightly acidic on the palate, with a bitter almond aftertaste. Recommended in a small glass.

## Food pairings

Pairs particularly well with cooked ham and asparagus, but also with vegetable or fish starters, vegetable broths, pasta with vegetables, fish first courses, plain risotto, shellfish and fish dishes generally.
