## Summary

A Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC made from 100% Nebbiolo.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red turning first to garnet, then to brick red with age. Subtle and delicate on the nose, with notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and violet that refine with ageing. Dry, full-bodied and appropriately tannic on the palate; velvety when young, developing vanilla notes and greater harmony with age. Recommended in a large glass.

## Food pairings

Good with risottos, pasta with meat sauce, light fried dishes, roasts, game, roast beef, braises, stews, boiled meats, white meats and medium to hard cheeses; also works as an aperitif or base for long drinks.
