## Summary

A Barolo DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo, aged a minimum of three years including two in oak or chestnut wood before release.

## Tasting notes

Bright garnet red with orange reflections. Elegant, wide, intense and ethereal on the nose, recalling faded rose and violet with fruity notes of syrupy cherry and cooked plum. Dry, full, warm, robust and enveloping on the palate, austere yet velvety, with red berry and blackberry flavours. Recommended in a large, bulbous, tulip-shaped glass.

## Food pairings

Pairs magnificently with roasted and braised red meats, game, truffle dishes and hard aged cheeses.
