## Summary

A sweet, white sparkling Asti Spumante DOCG made from 100% Moscato Bianco using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, considered the sparkling sibling of Moscato d'Asti.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow tending to a soft gold, bright. Persistent, fine-grained and long-lasting perlage; a lively, cheerful and even mousse. Very pronounced yet delicate on the nose, full and composite, recalling the musky aroma typical of Moscato Bianco grapes, acacia and bergamot blossom, and summer fruit and lemon. Sweet, balanced, aromatic and delicate on the palate. Recommended in a sparkling-wine coupe.

## Food pairings

Perfect for toasts, pairs perfectly with all kinds of desserts, excellent as an aperitif, and also used to prepare cocktails and long drinks.
