## Summary

Every year a small number of Nebbiolo grapes are picked slightly earlier than usual to produce a very drinkable, pleasant rosato. The name Suasì comes from a Piedmontese dialect word meaning chosen.

## Tasting notes

Pinkish color, with exotic fruits on the nose, nice drinkability and freshness in the mouth.

## Food pairings

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers based on fish and shellfish. Good with bread, butter and anchovies.
