## Summary

The Deltetto family has grown Arneis since 1977, when a young Antonio, inspired by his father Carlo, made the first 933 bottles. Grown on San Michele hill next to the winery in soil rich in sand and marl, it has long been a landmark wine for the region.

## Tasting notes

Deep yellow color with notes of exotic fruit, apple and vanilla, making this an elegant, long-lasting wine.

## Food pairings

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with starters and first courses. Good with fonduta with white truffle from Alba.
