## Summary

From the Roncaglia MGA in the hills of Castellinaldo d'Alba, an area especially suited to black grape varieties, particularly Nebbiolo, with clay-rich soil giving structured wines with marked tannins. The 2019 vintage carries an exclusive artist's label by Andrea Barzaghi, limited to 1,992 bottles and 50 magnums.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red color with garnet reflections; complex nose with floral notes of rose, red fruit, hints of clove and licorice. Important but well-balanced tannin in the mouth, very long finish.
