## Summary

From the Gorrini cru, a vineyard inherited from the family's maternal grandfather Aldo in the municipality of Santo Stefano Roero, this Roero Riserva combines the power and elegance of Nebbiolo, enhanced by sand-rich soils.

## Tasting notes

Deep garnet red color with notes of violet, baked fruit and sweet spices; tannins are smooth and elegant, with great structure suited to long ageing.

## Food pairings

Pairs well with main courses and red meats. Good with fritto misto alla piemontese.
