## Summary

Bric du Liun means 'top of the hill' and 'lion' in the local dialect. Low production from green harvesting, overmaturing in the vineyard, drying in small open-air boxes and a touch of noble rot (botrytis) transform the grapes into a concentrated, captivating nectar.

## Tasting notes

Golden yellow color, bouquet of apricot and ripe fruit, sweet, rounded and fresh in the mouth.

## Food pairings

Pairs well with cheeses, even strong varieties, and is perfect on its own for contemplation or in good company. Good with seasoned Castelmagno d'Alpeggio DOP.
