## Summary

An Arneis grown in Cella Monte, outside the variety's traditional Roero home, and aged 6 months in steel. 12.5% vol, about 5,200 bottles of the 2025 vintage.

## Tasting notes

Golden, brilliant colour. Floral and fruity aromas, green apple and pear, white-fleshed fruit. Enveloping on the palate with a mineral, savoury persistence and an almond finish typical of Arneis.

Try it with Piedmontese Fassona tartare or a baked sea bream.
