## Tasting notes

Colour: intense yellow. Nose: intense and persistent, with sage and mint. Palate: fresh and savoury, not cloying, with a long finish.

## Food pairings

Toasted bread with butter and anchovies, oysters and raw fish; very pleasant with Robiola di Langa and Langa cured meats.
