## Summary

Nizza DOCG from the Crivelletto cru, the best part of the San Colombano property at Castelnuovo Belbo. Barbera aged at least a year in 500-litre oak barrels.

## Tasting notes

Bright ruby red taking on a light garnet shade over time. Gentle, persistent aroma of red berries with hints of plum, spices and vanilla. Well bodied with a rich tannic structure, still soft and balanced.

## Food pairings

Meat and game of international cuisine, the best aged cheeses; also suitable between meals.
