Dedicated to Luigi, who took over the winery after his father Piero Coppo. His tenacity and determination pulled the winery through difficult times. This sparkling wine, in its pas dosé version, is for everyone who pushes ahead in the face of adversity.

## Tasting notes

Color: pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. Nose: intense and fresh; apple aromas and honey scents followed by characteristic aromas of bread and yeast. Taste: dry, fresh.
