## Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and light effervescence. Harmonious aromas of lime, aromatic herbs and white peach, with notes of shortcrust pastry. Sweet but balanced on the palate, with surprising freshness and a lovely fragrance and long finish.
