Bottled about 9 months after the harvest, zero dosage.

## Tasting notes

Bright, intense yellow. Soft, delicate nose of flowers and citrus, with dried fruit, pastry, orange blossom and mineral notes. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with a fine, enveloping and persistent perlage.
