- **Vineyard planting:** Classic Guyot training; yield capped at 35 quintals per hectare.
- **Vinification:** Grapes selected in the vineyard, destemmed and crushed, classic fermentation without temperature control with pumping-over and delestage, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 3 years, including 24 months in 6,000-litre oak casks, then blended and rested in cement tanks for a few months before bottling. Unfiltered. Estimated ageing potential: over 30 years.
