- **Vinification:** Made to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe: herbs such as cinchona bark and rhubarb lightly colour the clear wine brown; sugar browned on fire adds amber colour and a crunchy, cotton-candy note without vanilla. Wormwood and citrus lead, with balsamic woods, sandal, myrrh and nutmeg among the minor ingredients. 16% vol, 75 cl.

## Summary
