## Summary

Organic Alta Langa DOCG Extra Brut Millésimé, half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay from a single high vineyard in Monforte d'Alba.

## Tasting notes

Clear, crystalline straw colour with greenish reflections. Delicate, fine nose of yarrow and hawthorn, then gorse and acacia, then fresh lemon, grapefruit and pomelo. Clean, clear palate; light limestone and white pepper, with a finish of Mediterranean herbs and nori seaweed.
