## Tasting notes

Well structured with excellent minerality and aromas of tropical fruits and, after some ageing, floral elements. Designed to be fresh when young, with good ageing potential.

Excellent as an aperitif, with light or medium-rich dishes, white meat, raw meats such as tartare or carpaccio, fatty cuts such as salt pork, seafood, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
