The following spring it goes into small French oak barrels for about 12-14 months (9-14 in the PDF), then further ageing in steel before bottling.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with slight violet reflections turning garnet. Clean, intense, complex and spicy, with evident oak and light floral and fruity notes. Dry and savoury with sweet vanilla notes, good structure and persistence, and firm tannins.
