The process is the same for all the estate's Moscato wines; the character differs by vineyard of origin.

A Moscato d'Asti from a second cru, first made with the 1989 vintage, fuller and more persistent than La Caudrina.

## Tasting notes

Deep straw yellow, almost golden. Aromatic, complex and intense. Sweet and pleasantly acidic, with a very persistent aroma; full-bodied, round and velvety. Naturally lightly sparkling.

A dessert wine that pairs with strawberries, amaretto-stuffed peaches, tarts and hazelnut cakes.
