## Summary

A pure Albarossa from one of the estate's oldest and most prestigious clones, dedicated to Countess Sofia di Bricherasio (1867-1950), the last noble owner of Castello di Uviglie.

## Tasting notes

Appearance: brilliant ruby red. Nose: great complexity and elegance, aromas from tobacco to red fruit and rosehip, liquorice and herbaceous notes. Palate: soft despite a dense tannic texture, juicy and elegant, refined intensity and length with great evolutionary potential.

## Food pairings

Elegant with both local cuisine and experimental fine dining.
